Personal Care Services offer assistance to clients, who have loss their ability to perform the activities of daily living (AD's). ADLs include bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, using the toilet, eating, and ambulation/walking
Companion/Sitter services include non-medical care, companionship, conversation, medicine reminding, socialization, and supervision. Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping may also be performed as a separate/distinct service.
Chore/Home maintenance services are short-term to maintain a clean safe sanitary and habitable home environment. Home chores include yard and garden maintenance, minor repairs(carpentry, installing fittings, rubbish disposal, and heavy cleaning).
- Caregiver In-home Respite
Caregiver in-home respite provides temporary relief to primary caregivers ( a spouse, son, daughter, friend, or relative). Respite is a combination of any services provided for the purpose of giving relief to the family or other caregivers of a dependent person, who lives at home.
Homemaking services offer practical assistance with routing household tasks and related activities to enable a client and to remain in a safe, clean and healthy home environment. Homemaking services may include: general household cleaning, planning and preparing meals, shopping, for groceries or other items, running errands, laundry, ironing, changing bedding, and assisting with management of household finances.
